By using the WebSilk Lab Postiz instance, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that all content scheduled through this platform complies with the community guidelines of the respective platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Pinterest).

2. API Limitations & Service Availability

This instance utilizes third-party APIs to facilitate posting. While we strive for 100% uptime, WebSilk Lab is not liable for failed posts due to platform API changes, rate limiting, network outages, or account-level restrictions imposed by the social media providers.

3. Prohibited Content & AI Disclosure

You may not use this service to post:

• Copyrighted material without legal permission.
• Undisclosed AI Content: In compliance with 2026 digital transparency standards, users must use the “AI-generated” labels provided in the dashboard for any synthetic or manipulated media.
• Spam, malware, or content intended for harassment.

4. YouTube-Specific Terms

By using this service to manage YouTube content, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

As a self-hosted implementation, you acknowledge that you use this software at your own risk. WebSilk Lab is not responsible for any account suspensions, “shadow-bans,” or content removals enacted by social platforms resulting from the use of scheduling tools.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend access to this Postiz instance if these terms are violated or if your actions jeopardize our API standing with the supported social platforms.
